One day, while Okolia Catherine was picking maize in the garden for the kids, she began experiencing sharp pains in the back of her neck and throat.
Shortly after returning home, all of her joints began to weaken and the pain continued. She immediately contacted the driver who came to pick her up and pushed her in the Village Ambulance to the health center.
Luckily, she was able to receive full treatment and did not have to be referred to the hospital. Okolia said, “My pain was so bad that day, I’m sure I would’ve died if I hadn’t made it to the health center. Many people are witnesses!”
