Jose Chameleone has praised the efforts of NRM Vice Chairman for Eastern Uganda and former Health Minister, Mike Mukula, in reconciling his brother Pallaso and friend Alien Skin.

Chameleone, currently undergoing treatment in the U.S., proposed a joint concert as a tangible step towards demonstrating solidarity between the two musicians.

As a brother to both Alien Skin and Pallaso, I urge them to embrace reconciliation and resolve their differences peacefully. Collaboration is vital for the growth of Uganda’s music industry and the broader East African region. So much more can be achieved together than apart! I commend our patron @Mukulaa for his efforts to deescalate the situation,” Chameleone posted on X.

“I encourage Alien Skin and Pallaso to organise a joint concert, sending a powerful message of solidarity and goodwill to all Ugandans. Together, we can achieve greatness!”

The rival musicians, Alien Skin and Pallaso, appear ready to set aside their differences, having reportedly participated in their first reconciliation meeting after last week’s violent altercations.

The meeting was facilitated by Capt Mike Mukula, NRM Deputy Chairman and patron of the Uganda Musicians Association, at his residence in Bugolobi. Mukula met the two musicians separately—first with Alien Skin and later with Pallaso, who was accompanied by his parents.

Mukula shared photos of the meeting and confirmed that the discussions yielded positive results.
