Reports emerged Sunday that the Spark TV presenter had relocated to the U.S. and today, April 4, pictures of him with singer Desire Luzinda made rounds on social media.
Mukasa, who was hosting an entertainment show on Spark TV dubbed Koona, told Zambali Bulasio Mukasa of NBS TV that after several attempts to relocate, he has finally figured a way in.
During the conversation with Zambaili, Mukasa noted that he won't be returning to Kampala anytime soon. He also hosted a YouTube channel called ExtraDigest.
Mukasa took on the Spark TV show after Miles Rwamiti left to join politics. Rwamiti, who didn't do well in the political race, is now with Urban TV.
Meanwhile, Ibrah Mukasa was in the past month battling a case of defamation. He was even held at Kawempe Police Station for a day and was able to secure a police bond with the help of friends like the Kampala Woman MP Shamim Malende.
He was reported to the police by a TikToker, who goes by Godfather.ug, after he claimed that the complainant defiled his sister. It’s not clear if the case was later withdrawn or a final decision was made.
Meanwhile, Desire Luzinda, who switched from secular music to gospel, has been living in California, U.S.A, for about five years now.
He left with his daughter Mitchell Kaddu. Desire’s mother, Imelda Byanyimba Luzinda, is an American citizen. Once in a while, she returns to Kampala. For instance, on November 26, she was here for Levixone’s concert.
