In her memoir -- ‘The Nnaabagereka of Buganda Queen Sylvia Nagginda Luswata’ -- which is set to be released on March 23, Nagginda says she only knew about Prince Junju Kiweewa.

But a few months before their wedding, she decided to ask the Kabaka, whom she mostly calls Ronnie in the book.

"The Kabaka and I have a blended family. This means that from day one, I was a mother to three amazing children, Junju, Joan and Victoria. They have been a blessing in my life," reads the book.

"Suffice to say, I thought Ronnie had one child, our son, Junju. He never mentioned the other kids until our last London visit a few months before the wedding."

Adds the book: "So I asked, 'Ronnie, how many children do you really have'? 'Three', he said. 'Three'? I quizzed. 'Yes', he replied, 'but most people don't know the other two-they're girls', I was quiet for a few minutes, hoping he would say he was just kidding. He didn't."

Continues the book: "He wasn't kidding. That rattled me a bit..."

The known children of Kabaka and Nagginda now are Princess Joan Nassolo, Princess Victoria Nkinzi, and Prince Richard Semakokiro, born in 2009, Katrina-Sarah Ssangalyambogo, who was born on July 4, 2001, in London.

Then there is Jade Nakato and Jasmine Babirye, the twins that recently became known to the public and were born on December 6, 2010.
