Reports suggest that Zawedde, who is based in Boston, Massachusetts, provided substantial financial assistance to ensure the legendary singer could travel to the United States for further treatment.
She is also hosting Chameleone during his stay and reportedly accompanied him, along with his brother Weasel Manizo, on the journey from Uganda to the U.S.
