Gashumba, who left NBS After 5 in February, was responding to a fan who told her that she misses seeing her on TV. However, she promised that she will return to television soon.
"I'm extremely busy to be on tv every day darling but I will be back on tv soon but not a daily show," Gashumba said via Snapchat.
Sheilah Gashumba cited multiple jobs she is pursuing and her business.
In February, she opened Gash Luxe, a facility that hosts a shopping lounge, a makeup & content studio, and a mini-bar.
"I have soo many jobs plus business and I travel a lot," she said. "Things have to fit in my schedule."
Gashumba, who now works with NRG Radio, where she hosts a show called Total Access every Friday from 7pm to 10pm, was replaced by Viana Indi.
NBS After 5, which now airs on both NBS TV and Sanyuka TV, has a crew that is comprised of Indi, DJ Roja, Douglas Lwanga, MC Kats, and DJ Mercy.
Indi officially started co-hosting the entertainment show at the start of March.
The self-proclaimed VybQueen, who is also an event emcee, started her media career with NTV's T-Nation in 2021 as an intern.
She would leave to join NBS TV's Saturday Night Live (SNL), which became a smash hit during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Indi, who left her radio hosting gig at Galaxy FM, also co-hosts NBS Katchup, another entertainment show on the Naguru-based TV station.
