The rapper, born Ernest Nsimbitulye Lupiiyazitta took to social media to trumpet the exciting news;

“I’m feeling like Simba in The Lion King with his son elevated by Rafiki overlooking the kingdom on pride rock. …. The Great Great Grandson of Nsimbi Tulye Lupiazitta (The first of his name) was born healthy and kicking at 5:00 a.m. in the city of Angels, Santa Monica, California!”

Both the mother and baby, he said were well.

Now the the (Baboon) Forest is forever. House of Nsimbi is infinite and Greatness still has No Limit. Thank you for your prayers !!! Baby Nsimbi; Can’t wait for you to meet our son.

Zamba relocated to the US in 2016, where he’s taken up acting roles in Hollywood while also furthering his music career.

In 2018, he and Tamar got married at Cielo Farms vineyard in Malibu, California. 

In 2021, he revealed that they met in a bar in Kampala over a decade ago. He said he never intended to marry her, but rather have fun.

Tamar also said she never looked forward to getting married but later realized it is a very special thing.
