Born Steve Jean Sserunkuma, he also worked at different studios, including Bava Studios (owned by Hope Mukasa) and No End Studios (owned by Halima Namakula) -- before starting Fenon Records.

Though not an active music producer today, he has produced songs that will forever remain relevant.

Some of the songs he produced are Nkuweki by Iryn Namubiru, Dole Y'omwana & Nalwewuuba (Lord Fred Sebatta, More Money (Napoleon), Ekimbewo, Tonkutulakutula & Amba (Halima Namakula), Nsazewo (Benon & Vamposs), Nabikoowa, Say It & Seven Days (Juliana Kanyomozi), Hitaji, Frisky & Together (Blu*3) and Senorita (Michael Ross).

He also recorded Nesiga Ani (Lady Titie Tabel), No Parking (Akiiki Romeo), A Little Bit of Love (UG All Stars), Dance With Me & House Girl (Obsessions), Bundu (Shanks Vivie’D ft. Steve Jean), Burrn (Blu 3 ft. Navio), Usiende Mbali (Juliana Kanyomozi ft. Bushoke), Mwana Gwe & Fever (Steve Jean) and Rukus (Peter Miles ft. Navio).

When he started Fenon Records, Jean worked with different producers, including the following:

1. Benon Mugumbya

Benon Mugumbya was from Fenon Records when he started Swangz Avenue in 2008.

Swangz Avenue started as a recording studio before Julius Kyazze came in and they turned into a record label. Kyazze had also worked with Fenon as a dancer.

Before joining Fenon, Mugumbya had worked with Good Enuff Studios, owned by the Ngoni singing duo.

Some of the songs Mugumbya has produced are Omukwano Ogwedda (Juliana Kanyomozi), Mandela & Go Mama (Bebe Cool), Sweet Lady (Mowzey Radio), Dagala, Bread & Butter, Zuena, Where You Are, Single & Searching (Radio & Weasel), Nkubukinze & Sembera (Irene Ntale), Uganda (Tarrus Riley; recorded by Benon & produced by Nessim), Mr DJ (Sizza Man ft. Navio, Peter Miles, Radio & Weasel), Locomotive (Davis Ntare, Radio, Weasel, Cindy Sanyu, Rabadaba, GNL Zamba, Mr X & Vboyo).

2. Andrew Kiwanuka

Andrew Kiwanuka, who went to Kimanya Primary School, Bukalasa Seminary, and Makerere University (Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering) -- is a singer and producer.

He produced songs like Gologoosa (Fred Sebatta), (Kagoma) Bobi Wine, and Roziana & Mujjune (Ronnie Kavuma).

Kiwanuka, who also worked at Andrew Rugasira's AV1 Records -- also released a song called Kampala. He later started a studio called Soul Records but it reportedly collapsed.

3. D King

D King, real name Andrew Arinaitwe, started at Fenon Records in 2011, where he was producing adverts. After a year, he started his production house called Neutriq Town.

The songs he has produced include Woman & Omutima Guluma by Juliana Kanyomozi, Whistle (Rema & Ykee Benda), Deep in Love, Kirungi & Sitaki (Rema Namakula), Temperature (Iryn Namubiru), Owuwo (Kenneth Mugabi & Naava Grey), Bumper Ku Bumper (Grace Nakimera), Ronaldo, Jungle & Samanya (Levixone), Ninga Omuloge, Ndi Wano, Nia Kwagala & Oluyimba (Naava Grey), Onina (Vinka), Sejjusa & Champion (Mun G & Naava Grey), Born Fighters (Mun G & Jose Chameleone), Babandule Musituntu (Mun G & Larry Big), Olindaba, Gyobera, Gwe Aliko & Omukwano Gwekiro (Irene Ntale), Enjoy Your Blessings (Levixone & Triplets Ghetto kids), Tonefuulira (Silver Kyagulanyi), Kasenyanku & Kumulamwa (Toniks) and Prophesy (Exodus).

4. Michael Fingaz

Fingaz, real name Michael Mugisha, is the founder of Masters Recordz in Ntinda, and he recorded Aliba Wani and Nteredde, the breakout songs for Naava Grey. At the time, Grey was being managed by Fenon Entertainment.

Classics produced by Michael Fingaz include Love You Everyday & Freedom (Bebe Cool), Right Here & I'm Still Here (Juliana), Ompalula (Fantom Lovins), My Year (Azawi), Alibawani & Nteredde (Naava Grey) and Clothes Off (Michael Ross).
