In 2013, when Goodlyfe fired Jeff Kiwanuka both Sheebah and Jazmine hadn't released hits. At the time of firing Jeff, Jazmine had been a backup singer for Mowzey Radio and Weasel and producer Bushington was also doing some work with the crew.

After falling out with the duo, Jeff signed Sheebah Karungi and within a few months she dropped her first mini-album in 2014 titled Ice Cream which was a massive hit with songs like Ice Cream, Twesana and Jordan.

Bushington also started managing Lydia Jazmine and some of her biggest songs were released shortly.

Who is Sheebah Karungi?

Karungi, who will be turning 34 in November, is a recording artist, dancer, songwriter, actress, model and businesswoman, who joined the music industry when she was 15 as a dancer.

The Kansalewo hitmaker joined Obsessions in 2006 after leaving another dancing group called Stingerz, which she had joined in 2004.

After leaving Obsessions, in 2010 she dropped Kunyenyenza, her first official single, produced by Washington and written by Cindy. Then Sizzaman wrote for her Automatic and it became a hit.

She would released her first mini-album in 2014 titled Ice Cream and featuring a single the album was named after, Twesana and Jordan.

Her song Nkwatako became a huge hit in 2016 and she organised her first well-attended concert at Hotel Africana.
