Media personality Sheilah Gashumba has said she cannot call her father’s fiancée, Patience Mutoni Malaika, “mum.” Her father is Frank Gashumba.
She responded to journalist Simon Kaggwa Njala, who asked: “Can’t you say Mum?” after Sheilah congratulated her father and Malaika on their introduction ceremony on May 15.
“😂😂😂 y’all play too much😂😂 Unfortunately I can’t. I will only call the woman who gave birth to me ‘mum,’ so everyone must calm down. Wama congratulations beautiful Malaika!! I need two siblings 😉☺️,” she wrote on X.

Frank Gashumba and Christine Mukuza are Sheilah’s parents. Frank met Malaika’s parents in Ssembabule.
