Kampala’s nightlife soared to new levels as Silo 15 marked its first anniversary in grand style on Wednesday, March 5.
The Bugolobi-based hangout pulled off a spectacular celebration, thanks to event partner Don Julio and the huge crowd that turned up.
Headlining the night was South African Amapiano powerhouse DBN Gogo, who took control of the decks with unmatched energy. Her explosive set featured chart-topping hits like Khuza Gogo, Bells, Ketseng, and Possible, keeping the crowd on their feet in perfect sync with the beats.
The energy in the venue was infectious, with Etania and her crew leading an all-out rave on the dance floor.
From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary celebration. The entrance had been transformed into a glamorous red-carpet affair, complete with a cultural showcase. Drummers and traditional dancers from Burundi, Rwanda, and Western Uganda set the tone for an unforgettable night.
Inside Silo, the excitement was electric. A top-tier lineup of Kampala’s finest DJs—City Girl, Selector Jay, Etania aka Life of the Party, DJ Sesse, and DJ Dash—kept the momentum going. But beyond the music, one key element elevated the night—Don Julio.
