The Bukedde TV presenter on Saturday exchanged marriage vows with her husband Nzora, days after their Kwanjula (Introduction) ceremony.

Kulthum, one of the guests at the lavish wedding excited the newlyweds and the guests, announcing a big contribution to their new house.

Phoebe, who also works as a brand ambassador for a real estate company, had just received a plot of land as a wedding gift.

Kulthum vowed to help develop the plot.

“I hope they plan to use that land to build their own home and if they do, all the bricks to be used on that house, whether it is storied or not, I should be sent the quotation,” she announced amid ululations from the guests

Marriage works

Kulthum over the past few days has been using her big social media platforms to urge young people to get married, following back-to-back reports and speculations of celebrity couples' relationships falling apart.

Stop disturbing people, talking about “it ended in tears” because you had some couple having a misunderstanding.

“The whole social media gets excited talking how marriage is getting complicated…there is no angel on earth and there is no sweet moment as the moment of reconciliation.

She added, “Everybody needs to pray to God to get a marriage partner to taste the fruits of marriage because even in a single life there are challenges.”
