<h1>Dressing alike when we were younger was a norm for most siblings.</h1>

It didn’t matter whether one sibling was older than the other, as long as your mother said so, you were going to wear the same outfit as your sibling – especially when going to church.

It was even more emphasized for twins. I mean, how else would twins dress? They look alike so it only made sense plus they looked cute.

As they grow older however, some twins usually feel the need to embrace their individuality which leads them to pulling away from dressing alike.

This however, is not the case for Nigerian twins Sayo and Jomi, <a href="https://www.pulselive.co.ke/lifestyle/fashion/african-american-twins-dpiper-twins-taking-over-fashion-id8237348.html" id="33e656ec-2cad-5538-bf31-1ef60cf7a67f">who match every detail of their outfits,</a> all the way down to their hairstyles.

These two women are all grown but absolutely love dressing alike – at least judging from their photos online.

I will be the first to admit that I do find it a little bit weird that they would want to dress alike intentionally but their style is so on point, it makes me want to change my mind.

1.They dress alike when they go to church.

3.They even match their swim suits when on vacation

4.Going out to the club is no exception.

5.They looked cute during their graduation.

5.They still slay in the same outfits when they hit the gym.

Unfortunately, not all women are like this as there are those shy girls that can barely make out a sentence when their crush is around them.

4.Her friends are always giggly whenever you come around

Yes, it may seem childish but it happens. Her friends know how she feels about you and never miss an opportunity to try and throw some hints your way.

Dehydration can cause headaches. This could be due to the fact that blood is not thin enough which as a result reduces the flow of oxygen transported to the brain.

4.You get constipated easily

Constipation is an indicator that you do not drink enough water. Drink enough water, especially when eating fiber-rich foods such as whole grains.

5.You’re sleepy…a lot

Your sudden drowsiness may not be as a result of eating a heavy lunch but could lean more towards the fact that you are dehydrated.

When you’re dehydrated, the body tends to get water from the blood. If your blodd is not well hydrated then it lacks oxygen. A lack of oxygen = sleepiness

6.Your nails are brittle

Dehydration can be the cause of brittle nails.

7.Your throat is dry

Dryness in the throat or mouth is a clear indication of dehydration.
