But all some seem to care about is her relationship with Houston Texans star J.J. Watt.

Ohai became engaged to the five-time Pro Bowler in May of 2019 after roughly three years of dating. Watt lambasted one local news outlet ABC13 Houston for a tweet that read "Houston Dash trade J.J. Watt's fiancee to Chicago." The defensive end and sack machine quoted the tweet and described the headline as "trash."

"Kealia Ohai (which is her name by the way, since you didn't even bother to mention it) is incredible entirely on her own merit and deserves to be treated as such," Watt wrote Tuesday morning.

"Be better than this," he added.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the article's headline reads "Houston Dash star Kealia Ohai traded to Chicago" on the ABC13 Houston website .

Ohai moves on from a 13-loss Houston squad that ranked third to last in the NWSL standings. Her new team, conversely, made the league's championship game for the first time in franchise history in 2019. Though Chicago lost NWSL golden boot and MVP winner Sam Kerr to Chelsea F.C. in the offseason, the Red Stars still figure to be amongst the best in the country when the season kicks off this spring.
