Whether you want to watch your favorite Disney shows and movies in another language without changing the audio, or if you're hard of hearing and benefit from using captions, the Disney Plus platform makes it easy to turn on your subtitles.

Fortunately, it's also relatively simple to turn them off across devices. The process varies slightly depending on what device you're using, but if you're having issues disabling your subtitles through a third-party device like a streaming stick or Apple smart TV , consider logging into your Disney Plus account on a browser.

Your caption settings may carry over across devices, and disabling them from your phone or laptop first may remove them from the device you're currently watching on.
