Cool's post was prompted by a post by one Denis Bbosa, who is a sports analyst as per his X bio.

Bbosa posted: Judging from the 82 minutes he played against Bright Stars; Alpha Ssali is still a work in progress, needs three seasons to prove his potential and must avoid social media buzz... after all, he has a blank cheque to thrive... the ball is in his coat.

Bebe Cool responded: No worries, not only the blank cheque as you called it but he’s got Allah by his side who has guided and planned for his journey in life. But as you know, football is way much more than kicking a ball, it’s Allah, discipline, humbleness, hard smart work, creating followings, confidence, practicing, mental strength, ability to differentiate between coach’s instructions and individual interests or brilliance, knowing the importance of working as a team of 24, respecting your self and your teammates and most of all ignoring social media coaches and concentrating on the head coach’s instructions. Indeed work in progress and am sure with where @ssali_alpha has come from, one day he will make it with all your support InshaAllah. Let’s be positive; One love UPL; One love @ExpressFCUganda (mukwano gwa bangi).

Bossa's post came hot on the heels of Ssali scoring for Express Football Club over the weekend. It was Ssali's first goal in the Uganda Premier League and they were playing against Soltilo Bright Stars FC which they beat 1-0 on Saturday, October 21 at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
