Namulondo spent a significant part of her formative years with her grandmother.

One day while on P.7. vacation, her granny sent her to collect a charcoal clamp.
The charcoal was still hot, so when she caught it with bare hands, it burnt her and she run to the nearest trading center to dance.

She gave birth to her son, Samuel Semakula, while in S.6. She was impregnated by a fellow dancer during her karaoke work. He's called Travis Mutyaba.
After S.6., she formed a Karaoke group with her baby daddy and started taking on vixen roles in music videos. Some of the singers she danced for are Kenzo and Mesach Semakula.
She first saw Rema in the video of her song with Bebe Cool titled Ceaze & Sekkle.
Through one Muwonge, she met Rema at Theatre Labonita. Rema had also seen her in the video of Kenzo's Zivuga.
They exchanged numbers and the rest is history.
Evelyn Namulondo, who is now an established actress, will hold a show dubbed The Best of Evelyn Namulondo at Theatre Labonita in Kampala on August 3.
