"I don't like washing. From time immemorial I have never wanted to wash clothes. Ever since I started making my own money... Why wash yet I can hire someone to do it?.. My hand skin peels when I use detergent for a long time,” Nakazibwe said during an interview with Extra Digest.

According to the 37-year-old news anchor, she also doesn’t want to marry a man who beats women.

"Even if you want to take me on...laughs...as a wife or something... there are two things I don't like... I buy a washing machine or hire someone to wash... because I know my problem, I don't want to wash,” she went on.

"You can't beat me. If you are tired of me, slap me, walk away, and you won't find me... As-Salaam-Alaikum (arabic for peace be unto you)... I'm not a cow... How do you start beating an old woman?”

Faridah Nakazibwe believes her looks will make a man reconsider beating her.

"You beat me? What would I have done? No man has ever beaten me... Where would that anger be coming from... You just look at me, and sympathise with me," she said, adding that there is a man who attempted to do it.

"There is one who tried... He broke my phone... Wasn't that one going to beat me?... He also soaked my phone in water... and it was a new phone... He wanted to unlock it, but he found a finger print and poured water in it and killed it... It was a toxic relationship.”

The news anchor said that the only beating she received in excess was from her mother.

The TV personality has two daughters with Eng. Dan Nankunda. She was also with Dr Umar Ssali, whom she married after her short-lived relationship with Al Hajji Moses Kigongo, the vice chairperson of the ruling National Resistance Movement political party.
