Taking to her Instagram story, Tumusiime, who recently gave birth to twins, said:
"I put my head down to rest, and I woke up feeling different. It felt like I had slept through a big event or something exciting for the past year or so.
"I panicked and went to check on time and see how long I've been asleep for [three laughing emojis] friends it had only been 45 minutes. Postpartum life hits different bambi."
In another story, which has a cake in the background, she said the twins were doing well.
Flavia Tumusiime wrote: "Thank you! There are so many messages of love and well wishing [sic] and we are grateful for each and every one.
She went on: "The twins are adjusting to the new normal faster than the parents but we will get there day by day."
