Flavia Tumusiime is bowing out of her role as the 'AM to PM' presenter at 91.3 Capital FM.

"Good morning. Tomorrow 31st August will be my final show [at Capital FM] for the mid morning show. Its [sic] been a life and career changing experience for me since 2006," Tumusiime tweeted Tuesday morning.
"The time has come again for me to stretch my potential and see what else I can become."
Tumusiime, who has also had stints as a TV host and actor, joined the Kisementi-based radio station after leaving Hot100FM in 2006. Incidentally, Capital FM acquired Hot100 and rebranded it KIIS FM. It officially launched on Monday.
Flavia Tumusiime, who holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Makerere University Business School, has worked in media since she was a teenager, starting with WBS TV's 'Teen's Club'.
Apart from Capital FM and WBS, she was also a new anchor and host at NTV Uganda and presented for Big Brother Africa in 2012.
The mother of one has also presented the Guinness football challenge since 2011.

"Great job you have done! Good luck in your future endeavors," said Edgar Kazibwe.
"It's a pleasure growing up listening to you and finally sharing a working space at some point, all the best ahead!" said Walter Mwesigye who worked with her at NTV.

Away from radio and TV hosting, Flavia Tumissime also played the role of Kamali Tenywa (lead role) in Nana Kagga's television series ‘Beneath The Lies’ which aired on Urban TV from 2014 to 2016.
