Gashumba, whose voice note to Sheilah leaked to the public recently, said that he was shocked seeing his daughter wearing tattoos yet she has such a beautiful skin.
"... the tattoos she has... how can God give you the most beautiful skin and you tattoo yourself?... People bleach daily to have her kind of skin... you even tattoo your butt, and you think I can be happy?" Gashumba said in the voice note.
"I know her from the toe to the head because I used to wash her when she was a baby... she had no scars... one time I went with her to Kikuubo [downtown Kampala] and people asked if her mother is white or Indian... But you tattoo yourself? You tattoo that rascal [God's Plan] on your back? [Sheilah later covered the tattoo]. I'm in pain."
Gashumba for the most of the voice note expresses his frustrations, noting that he sacrificed a lot to take his daughter to the most expensive schools in the country, but despite his connections and intentions, Sheilah has refused to heed his advice.
At one point he talks about how Sheilah recently introduced to him a boyfriend that looked disheveled.
"One day they found me at a restaurant in Nsambya, he was with that rascal and his father, his ears and nose were pierced, with hair that looked like Kony's [Joseph Kony is the founder of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA)]. You bring such people to me, Gashumba? Even if I'm dead," Gashumba says in the audio.
He also says that he bought a BMW for Sheilah which she gives her boyfriend who can't afford to repair it.
That recently they (Sheilah and an unidentified boyfriend) wanted Shs4 million to change the car's battery and Gashumba refused, "insisting they only change ignition because the battery is fine."
Gashumba said he had to take the car to have it painted when she traveled to the US.
