He said that after his song Ontunulemu was released, some of the people within Fangone Forest created conditions that made it difficult for him to stay because they felt he was going to outshine Alien Skin.
Derrick Biswanka said he left Fangone Forest because he didn't want to lose his identity.

"My song caused problems," said Biswanka, adding that it started getting more attention than most of Skin's songs.
He said he also noticed some of Alien Skin's hangers-on wanted to turn him into his lapdog. He said this wasn't going to work because he wanted to be his own man, according to his interview with Galaxy TV.
Some of the hangers-on tried to sideline him from Fangone Forest activities.
He said he is currently supported by Moon Avenue Limited, a record label run by VJ Moon.
VJ Moon is a Ugandan movie translator, politician and recording artist. He came to popularity in 2018 after joining Moon TV where he translated movies in different genres. He was among those who avidly supported the NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, alias Bobi Wine, during the 2021 presidential elections.
Derrick Biswanka hails from Singo and was partly raised in Ndeeba, Rubaga, Kampala. He went to Ndeeba Parents Primary School before dropping out in Primary Four.
He was invited into Fangone Forest after they saw the videos of challenges he was doing on TikTok. Ontunulemu was his breakout song
The song was recorded at Fangone Forest studio for free by Shidy Beats and Lafitte. He paid for the video which was shot by Zed Concepts and directed by Zattabu.
