He was one of the founding members of the popular group 'Da Hommies,' alongside Ragga Dee and DJ Messe Bontwe.

Jenkins Mukasa started his music journey with notable artists such as Messe Bontwe, Ragga Dee, Jose Chameleone, and Iryn Namubiru, and he also used to perform karaoke.

His first job was as a marketing executive at Channel Television.

He then worked as a sales representative for British American Tobacco in Fort Portal for seven months before returning to Kampala.

Mukasa briefly joined Warid Telecom but resigned after two months due to challenging working conditions. Seeking better opportunities, he moved to the U.S. for a year and two months before returning to Uganda.

Upon his return, Jenkins Mukasa attempted to start an events company, which unfortunately did not succeed.

He later found his calling in the media industry, joining Dembe FM to co-host the popular show Talk and Talk with Kasuku, Claude Muhigirwa, Straka Mwezi, Julie Erusa, and Messe Bontwe.

Additionally, he made regular appearances on Uganda Central, a show hosted by DJ Bush Baby on East African TV, where he analysed the music industry.
