When Bwanika attempted to get her to reveal the real father of her child, Kasita remained tight-lipped, stating that revealing his identity would put her in a tight spot with her colleagues.
Karole Kasita, popular dancehall musician, has hinted that the identity of her four-month old son's father is still unknown to the public, dispelling rumours that rapper Frank Mukisa, also known as Feffe Busi, is the baby daddy.

The singer explained that while being in the limelight means that everything about your life is supposed to come out, some things in real life you cannot talk about, and sometimes your life is too deep and nobody can understand. "People will mention names and say this and that, yet your real truth that you know is completely different," she said.
Kasita also stated that there are too many truths in life, and some truths might hurt some people around you, so it's not always good to hurt people.
The revelation might come as a surprise to the singer’s fans, who have long speculated about the tight relationship she had with Feffe Busi. From the time she became pregnant to giving birth, the two singers were known to be close to each other, and at some point, rumoured to be staying together.

When Kasita gave birth on January 4th, 2023, Feffe Busi took to social media to share a picture of the baby with a heartfelt message.
