Kasuku: What I know about Tamale Mirundi's sickness

Kasuku, who hosts Mirundi on his YouTube channel, mentioned that Mirundi is currently being cared for at home and visitors are welcome.

However, he refrained from disclosing the specific illness, stating that he is not the family spokesperson.

Tamale Mirundi, a former presidential press secretary, has had previous hospital admissions due to serious health concerns. The latest publicised incident was in January when he was reported to have been suffering from low blood pressure.

In 2019, Mirundi revealed he had been poisoned, but it is unclear if he fully recovered from the poisoning.

Born in 1964 in Rakai district, Tamale Mirundi is a journalist, author, and political analyst known for his commentary on various media platforms.

Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous media outlets, including Radio 4, NBS TV, Top Radio, Beat FM, ABS TV, Impact FM, STV Uganda, Pearl FM, and Metro FM.

Mirundi, the son of Molly Namatovu and Yowana Mirundi, attended Lubiri Secondary School. Tamale Mirundi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s degree in Communication.
