According to Kirumira, some of his rich friends don't appreciate their achievements.

He wondered how someone can be so rich and fly Economy Class.
Kirumira said he flies First Class, and he is thinking about using private jets soon.
"Keep a class, fellow businessmen. These businessmen don't spend on themselves," said Kirumira, who is the chairman of Kwagalana Group, an association of wealthy business entrepreneurs in Kampala.
"They travel like paupers. They fly Economy... those who try to upgrade, use business, but ask Susan [Mirembe, his wife], she flies first class."
Godfrey Kirumira was speaking during the wedding ceremony of Paul Ssembatya and Milly Nakibala.
He advised him seriously consider spending less time working and creating more time to have fun with his wife.
The businessman said that it's because of showing a superior lifestyle that he was recently appointed the Honorary Consul of Namibia to Uganda.
"I fly first class, that's why... they picked me [to be a diplomat] because they see I fit being a diplomat," he said.
"They just don't pick anyone... you know nothing about class."
He thanked Prince Joseph Ndawula Ssajabi, Uganda's ambassador to Namibia, for making that happen. Prince Ssajabi was also at the wedding.
Kirumira said that now he is a consul, he may upgrade to using jets.
