Mayinja has issued a statement about his current stay in the United Kingdom, which this reporter shared on Saturday, May 27.
But Mayinja's friends have also come out to share some information about his trip to London, U.K.
When media personality Eddie Sendi was wedding his wife, Ronald Mayinja was his best man.
He is one of Mayinja's friends that have spoken out.
According to Sendi, real name Edward Sendikadiwa, Ronald Mayinja's wife, Aisha Nakyeyune, got a job that permits her to take her family to the U.K.
She was already living with their two kids. She had left behind the other two who were in candidate classes, so Mayinja took them to continue their studies from there.
"His wife got a job in London," said Sendi in a video this reporter saw.
"The job is so good they allowed her to take her family with them."
Eddie Sendi confirmed Mayinja's earlier statement that he had gone to check on his family and return.
According to Sendi, Mayinja owns a seven-bedroom house in Munyonyo which he has rented out. He now stays in an apartment.
Reports indicate that he rented it to Nigerians. Some of his friends like Catherine Kusasira have supported the move, saying it's a wise decision since he no longer needs all the space.
On her part, Kusasira claimed Mayinja had traveled to the U.K. for further studies.
Ronald Mayinja said he went to see his family and return after the visit.
