The songstress recently revealed that once in a while she hits up Mbuga, who once dated her, for a tête-à-tête.
Why? Because they understand each other.
"That's my boy," said Kayondo in an interview.
The songstress said that Mbuga likes calling her "twin."
"He says I'm stubborn," said the Relaxing hitmaker.
"We will always be good... We understand each other... Any time we can talk."
The former lovebirds have had a tumultuous relationship.
In 2022, Kayondo took to her WhatsApp status to rant about Mbuga, calling him a fool with no sense of direction.
She even subjected him to blackmail, asking for money so that she can stop posting about him.
SK Mbuga and Leila Kayondo grew up in the same village in Kyabakuza, Masaka. Their grandmothers were friends.
Leila Kayondo was born in Seeta but hails from Kyabakuza. Her father is Yahaya Kayondo and the mother is called Faridah Wakabi Kayondo.
