The songstress performed in Toronto and Ottawa on October 7 and 8 respectively. These shows were part of the Miss Uganda Canada pageant, an event arranged by the NGO, the Big Seal Foundation.
Following her maiden trip to Canada, Lydia Jazmine decided to spend some time in the U.S. as she gears up for her upcoming concert.

On Sunday, October 15, she took to Twitter to reveal that she will be taking a holiday in the U.S., as when she returns it will all be about preparing for her concert.
The concert, slated for March 1, 2024, will be her first and she is yet to announce the venue.
“Canada was great,” she tweeted. “But I decided to take a holiday break here in America 🙏🏾.. enjoying every moment 🥰 because when I get back, we about to have long days, nonstop.. preparing for our concert (1st March 2024) 💃🏾 y’all Have a great week❤️”
Who is Lydia Jazmine?
Jazmine, who hails from Mukono is of Rwandan descent, and she went to Nagalama Preparatory School and Victoria Nile School in Jinja, before joining Margaret S.S. in Bombo in S.1, then City Land College in Matugga.
Her parents divorced when she was six, so she was partly raised by her aunt and her single mother.
She grew up loving music, then exposure grew when she joined Multitech Business School where she studied business management and administration.
She used to sing in bands, and choir when she was young.
She met her first manager Bushingtone while working as a backup artiste for Radio and Weasel. At the time their manager was Jeff Kiwanuka.
When Jeff broke up with Radio & Weasel, he took on the management of Sheebah Karungi and Jasmine started working under Bushingtone.
You Know, her duet with Rabadaba, was her breakthrough song.
