Florence Kabibi took to Twitter on Thursday evening to celebrate 21 years of marriage with her husband, Frank Tumwebaze, who is also the minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries.

Kabibi's resemblance to Dr. Diana Atwine, the Health ministry's permanent secretary, stood out.
"But are they twins with Diana Atwine?" observed Ronald Misinde and many other tweeps. According to some tweeps, the two are sisters. This reporter couldn't independently verify this.

Parliament Communications Director Chris Obore said: "Many more years and good health my buddy Frank Tumwebaze."
