During the wedding ceremony of Paul Ssembatya and Milly Nakibala, Kirumira advised the groom to seriously consider spending less time working and create more time to have fun with his bride.
Kirumira used himself as an example, noting that his wife is always traveling to the best destinations in the world and she flies First Class.
"I ask you to give your wife a good [life]," said Kirumira to Paul Ssembatya.
"Susan is always in Portugal, Mexico..." he went on, asking his wife, who was at the event to stand up and confirm what he was saying.
"Susan tell them if I'm lying. America, tell them. And you fly First Class, tell them... I don't say what's not true."
Kiruma asked Ssembatya's bestman, Col. (rtd.) Dick Bugingo – the owner of Agdi Dairy Farm – to advise the groom to retire.
"You also retried," Kirumira told Col. Bugingo.
Godfrey Kirumira told Paul Ssembatya, also known as Mulundannume, that he has generated immense wealth, built a family, and thanked God by building a church so there's nothing left for him other than enjoying life.
"He is a very rich man... That man is very rich... The only thing he is not doing is enjoying his money," said Kirumira.
"I'll show you how to enjoy money if you don't know how."
Mulundannume, who is a Catholic and owns among other properties, Ssembatya Arcade on Nabugabo Road, Kampala -- contributed to the construction of a multibillion-shilling church in Janya sub-parish in Mpigi district.
According to New Vision, he spent over Shs4 billion. Residents in the area even named a road after him.
The wedding reception was hosted at Kigo Gardens, located along Kigo Road in Kampala.
