"Some of those who read this book first... choose what to show you," said the Nabagereka who believes some of these people had ill intentions.
She advised people to always be careful with the information they find so as not to be misled.
"... you as a person need to know what is important to you..." she said.
One of the first key revelations from the book was that the queen of Buganda had twins.
People shared parts of the book that appeared to show that she had given birth to Jade Nakato and Jasmine Babirye were born on December 6, 2010.
“On December 6, 2010, I was blessed with two more girls Jade Nakato and Jasmine Babirye born in Kampala… They’re two amazing kids who are mostly happy and are passionate about people which, at their age, I find astounding…” reads an excerpt from page 205 of the book.
That excerpt made people think she had sired twins with the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.
Then the kingdom released a statement indicating that Kabaka Mutebi is not the father without clarifying who the father is.
This led some people to think the queen may have sired them with another man.
But the kingdom had in the statement indicated that the queen and the king are allowed to raise kids that are not biologically theirs and they can call them mother and father respectively.
Nagginda got married to Kabaka Mutebi in a wedding held at Namirembe Cathedral on August 27, 1999.
The queen's memoir, titled The Nnaabagereka of Buganda Queen Sylvia Nagginda Luswata, was written by Dr. Dennis Sempebwa.
Dr. Sempebwa is the founder of Eagle’s Wings Press, which published the book.
Born in Uganda, he currently lives in Texas, U.S.A.,
The memoir, which was launched on March 23 at the Sheraton Hotel in Kampala, made it to the top seller list on Amazon.
