The opposition to his ownership is one Rose Kayondo who revealed that the artist and her husband Moses Kayondo conspired to sell the land without her consent.
Real names Twaha Bukeni Ali was ordered by Nakawa court to vacate the property on charges of unlawful acquisition. The land in question is located in Kulambiro, Mutuba Zone where the recently wedded singer and wife started their life together.

The lady filed the case in 2011 challenging the transaction because she was left out, yet she says the biggest efforts to buy the land and build the house where from her.
Rose Kayondo, who entered wedlock 24 years ago with Moses Kayondo, said that Nubian and her husband forged her signature to complete the transaction.
The court authored the ruling on Thursday kicking the singer off the property.
