A bright student, she achieved 18 points in her A-Levels and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Film at Makerere University. Her academic background has evidently shaped her passion for the arts, particularly in acting and modeling. Currently, she models for Mora Collections, a fashion brand owned by a friend, but she remains open to other related gigs.

Currently single, Paulyne Asiimwe Thickiana is focused on her career in modeling and acting. She lives with her parents but spent the night at a friend's place after the concert. Her parents, she says, have not made any fuss about the incident, demonstrating their support for her choices.

Paulynne draws inspiration from international superstar Rihanna, admiring how the singer has built a successful career and life for herself. Paulyne Asiimwe aspires to achieve similar heights in her career, stating, “I think she’s done well for herself.”
