When it emerged this past Friday that the stage on which Chameleone was meant to perform had collapsed, Omutujju was among those who celebrated the sad occasion.
Gravity Omutujju, real name Gereson Wabuyi, is not about to settle his beef with Jose Chameleone. He is, in fact, upping the ante.

He was quick to remind people that Chameleone had refused to promote his (Omutujju's) show, which was held on October 1, 2022, so it was some sort of vicarious revenge.
After his concert last year, Omutujju showed displeasure with Chameleone, Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine, saying they refused to promote his concert because they were jealous of him. He also told them to bow out of the industry because they had become lazy and instead of producing good music, they were fighting the new generation of artistes.
Cool and Chameleone on separate occasions assured Omutujju that he was not yet at their level and it would take years of work for him to make it there.
While speaking to the media on Monday, Omutujju said he won't apologise to anyone, adding that Chameleone and his promoters may have destroyed the stage themselves to build hype for the show.
"Making us sweet-talk people... Do I work with a rainmaking company?" Omutujju, who has a knack for controversy, started.
"That I'm in charge of when it rains... They pushed the stage themselves so they could build hype for their show... I can't be sorry, sorry for what?... I think I'm even now at Chameleone's level when it comes to music."
Chameleone's show dubbed ‘Ggwanga Mujje’ is being promoted by Mariam Mutakubwa, known by many as Biggie, under her company Biggie Events.
She said she invested over Shs500 million to organise the concert and she now has put in more because service providers want more money, from advertising, to equipment, and so on.
The show has been rescheduled to February 24 at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
