Ronald Mayinja teases Mary Nambwayo about Suuna Ben saga

Ronald Mayinja and media personality Mary Nambwayo Kinene shared a light-hearted moment as the singer playfully reminded her of the recent controversy involving her and her baby daddy, Suuna Ben. The encounter took place at the Kampala Serena Hotel during the Hajji Haruna Mubiru Live in Concert on August 9.

Mayinja took on the role of a journalist, quizzing Nambwayo, who admitted to being shy. He mentioned how pleased he was to hear that she had acquired a house, which kept her laughing throughout their interaction.

When he asked her to comment on the saga that thrust her into the limelight, Nambwayo simply laughed and declined to respond.

The "Sente Y'ekibi" singer praised her as a woman who helps build a man, advising her to stay with Suuna Ben, noting that anger can always fade, allowing them to resolve their differences. He also thanked her for protecting the family home, reminding her that no one can sell the land now, given what was revealed from the land title.

Mayinja expressed particular delight when she referred to the property as "our house" rather than claiming it solely for herself.

Mary Nambwayo, who will turn 26 in October, is a news reporter and presenter at Bukedde TV and Bukedde FM. Her Instagram profile also shows that she manages Mary Media Agency and Mary's Closet.

In July, the usually soft-spoken media personality found herself in the spotlight due to disputes with Suuna Ben over property ownership and her past relationship with singer Opa Fambo. Nambwayo had previously dated Fambo before leaving him for Ben, with whom she acquired land in Garuga along Entebbe Road from Hajji Muhamad Kamoga of Kamoga Property Consultants.
