Also known as Mulundannume, the businessman wedded Nakibala at St. Mary's Cathedral Rubaga in Kampala.
Their wedding reception was hosted at Kigo Gardens, located along Kigo Road in Kampala.
The wedding was attended by some of the wealthiest men and women in town.
These include Godfrey Kirumira and his wife, Susan Mirembe, Dr. Sarah Nkonge Muwonge,
Dick Kizito, Dr. John Bagambe and Freeman Kiyimba.
Paul Ssembatya and Milly Nakibala had been together for about four decades but they hadn't wedded. They also share children.
Kirumira, who was the chairman of the wedding, said billions were injected into the wedding event.
In April, the couple's wedding launch wedding viral after a video was shared on social media showing the business community contributing insane amounts of money.
Businessman Hamis Kiggundu gave the couple Shs100 million. Kiggundu said he looks at Paul Ssembatya as his father.
Tycoon Dr. John Bagambe represented a group that contributed Shs50m, another group gave Shs40m and another Shs10m.
Richard Kakonge gave Shs12m and Winnie Mabirizi, the widow of Godfrey Mabirizi, the owner of Mabirizi Complex, offered Shs2 million. These figures were obtained from the videos shared online, so there are those whose contributions weren't publicised.
John Fred Kiyimba, alias, Freeman, was the vice chairman of the wedding ceremony.
Freeman Kiyimba is one of the wealthiest businessmen in Kampala with strong connections to the Buganda Kingdom.
The Kingdom assigned him to chair the Buganda Twezimbe outfit that was in charge of collecting ‘Ettoffaali’, the funds used for the reconstruction of Kasubi Tombs which were destroyed by fire on March 16, 2010.
Buganda Prime Minister Peter Mayiga also attended the wedding.
