Kusasira, who was appointed presidential advisor on Kampala Affairs in 2019, was speaking at one of the events organised for the Presidential tours in Masaka.
It was an awkward moment as President Yoweri Museveni cut Catherine Kusasira's speech short.

President Museveni is currently on an Investment and Wealth Creation tour in Greater Masaka under the theme 'Securing your future through wealth creation and shared prosperity' .
During her speech, Kusasira is heard complaining that she's failed to meet the president despite being his advisor.
In the past, Catherine Kusasira, who formerly singer under Eagles Production, has said that she wants his assistance.
In a video clip from the Masaka event, Kusasira said: "I appreciate you because you've supported us. But I've something that's paining me, as an individual, [being a] presidential advisor that can't access you."
As she was still speaking, President Museveni interrupted to tell her that she will be able to meet him in June.
Museveni said: "Okay, they'll bring you."
As she tried to speak again, Museveni told her: "They'll bring you around mid-June... Okay, Catherine. Okay."
The president wanted her to stop so other people could speak. He said for her she is rich.
"That rich girl," he said, "leave her."
Catherine Kusasira recently revealed that she may lose her house located in Luwafu on Plot 7, Block 273 on Abbas Road, Makindye, Kampala to loan sharks.
Some reports indicate that she had borrowed the money in 2017, but the Covid lockdown made it hard to service it.
Reports indicate that Catherine Kusasira borrowed Shs100 million in 2017, but she wasn't able to service it fully. She was only able to refund Shs80 million.
