In a video shared on TikTok, Bilangilangi is seen hanging with friends from Kamwokya, arguably Kampala city's most known ghetto, probably because it has produced a number of well-known singers, including musician-turned-politician Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu, also known as Bobi Wine.
Singer Tadeo Mayega, known professionally as Zex Bilangilangi, has always been good with words.

Zex Bilangilangi is a creative activist artist and he grew up in Kamwokya, a slum in Kampala.
At 17, Zex decided to capitalise on his singing talent to help fellow ghetto youngsters and he joined charity work through which he met self-proclaimed Ghetto President Bobi Wine.
Wine had organised a talent search and Bilangilangi participated. Wine enrolled him into his music label Firebase Crew, where he grew to become Ghetto Prime Minister, a position offered by Wine himself.
Zex is still involved in charity and his music career has also crystallised.
Bilangilangi, who has released two albums Yo' alubamu and Hercules 10times, has a number of well-received songs, namely: Ratata, Number Emu, Bad Mind Cant, Nalinda, Time Yo, Inama and Magazine.
