2. Lydia Jazmine
March 1 will forever remain a day to remember for Ugandan singer Lydia Jazmine following a successful performance at her maiden concert.
Held at Hotel Africana in Kampala, the ‘First Born’ concert was the first since she started singing and it attracted big crowds that filled up the venue to capacity.
By 5 P.M., all VIP tickets had been sold out and the gates were packed with revellers awaiting entrance to catch a glimpse of their favourite artists performing.
Many popular figures showed their support for Lydia Jazmine by attending the concert while others managed to step on the stage and perform including Pia Pounds, Beenie Gunter, Ykee Benda, and Rickman, among others.
3. Rema Namakula
Rema Namakula Sebunya continued to show why she is one of the best divas in the Ugandan music space at her concert which happened on Friday, February 23.
Dubbed 'Melodies Of Love', the concert attracted big crowds who gathered at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala Gardens to watch the songstress perform.
The memorable experience for many who turned up saw Rema Namakula pull off unforgettable performances including a set where she danced to Amapiano which has since gone viral on social media.
Rema also brought her husband Hamza Sebunya on stage at some point during her performance, sending the crowds into wild ululations.
There were also performances from fellow entertainers including B2C Entertainment, The Ben, and Irene Ntale, among others.
