Chosen Becky on why she's flying her dad out to Europe this Valentine’s

The two are heading to Amsterdam in the Netherlands where the 'Bankuza' singer will also have a Valentine's show.

Becky confirmed that all travel documents have been secured and that the flight is slated for next week February 17.

“Unfortunately, I have another Valentine's show here and the Netherlands organizer accepted that we come in later," she said.

This will be Mzee Kwikiriza’s first time on a plane, a lifelong dream that he has had.

“I cannot wait to be on a plane; I cannot wait to see the sky and how God created it,” he said.

“I was told the while up there you can see clouds below you. Who knows I might unbuckle from my seat and kneel down and praise God inside the plane.”

A very prayerful man, Mr Kwikiriza says he had long wanted to fly out of the country.

“The last time that she (Becky) flew her mother out, I escorted them to the airport and I remember I said to myself that God willing, time will come when I will also go.”

Becky on the other side also sees the upcoming trip as a realization of her childhood dream to make her parents happy.

Having grown up in abject poverty and seen her dad and mom strive to provide for them, she says, this lavish treatment is all befitting.

"When I was in Senior 3, I told classmates that I would have children while in my 20s, get a car, and sit on a plane. I don’t know how but all my dreams have been realized,” she said.

Last year, Becky flew her mother to Germany.
