- Eddy Kenzo releases music video in honor of Phiona Nyamutoro ahead of traditional marriage ceremony
- Song 'Nervous' is part of the 19-track Blessings music album
- Video showcases the pre-marriage anena ceremony and procession through Kampala
Kenzo walks the audience through the emotional vulnerability of the nyom function, which is scheduled for later this year, in the theme song for marriage ceremonies. Kenzo used images from the recently completed pre-marriage anena ceremony to create the song "Nervous," which is number eight on the 19-track Blessings music album. This allows the listener to cherish the moment for a lifetime.
Pastor Wilson Bugembe opens the video by dedicating Kenzo and Nyamutoro's union to be blessed by God as he places his hands on the singer, taking viewers back to the early preparations.
After the prayer, Kenzo then leads his delegation of the elders driving through the streets of Kampala in sleek cars from his residence to the home of the parents of Nyamutoro in Buziga, where they are welcomed with a befitting placard, ‘Anena pa Nyamutoro', ushering the esteemed guests to the household of the bride’s father.
As the video proceeds, the bride, also the state minister for energy and mineral development, prominently flashes her trademark smile in a beautiful gomesi.
Following the successful pre-marriage ceremony, now celebrated in a befitting music video, Kenzo has set the ball rolling ahead of the grand occasion.
