The laid-back artist did not have much to say about the concert in the announcement apart from a fitting caption "Vibes only, No bad energy. Party mood only," the tweet reads.
Swangz Avenue recording artist Azawi, real names Priscilla Zawedde, has announced her first concert slated for Lugogo, July 22 this year. After three years of recording music and performing around the world, the "Quinamino" hit singer is set to step on stage in long awaited concert.

The concert is named after her studio album 'African Music' which has 16 songs among which are the hits "Slow dancing" "Majje" "My year" "Party mood" "Fwa Fwa Fwa" to mention but a few. Of the 16 songs, only the above mentioned 5 have music videos, each better than the previous one.
Azawi's journey in the creative sector started back at Ndere Cultural Centre where she met and joined Kika Dance Troupe in 2005 as a dancer. When she left the group, she teamed up with a friend and her brother who supported to sing in school and harness her songwriting skills.
Over the years she penned songs for artists like Lydia Jazmine, Nina Roz, among others. In 2019, she was discovered by Swangz Avenue and the rest is history, or rather the future. She recorded her first EP titled "Lo Fit" which was an instant success and claimed her a spot among the industry's most talented artists.
During an interview in 2020, Azawi revealed her dreams for her music career. “I want to sing for stadiums, I want to be on big platforms, I want to win those big awards, I want everything big. And I don’t know how it’s going to happen, but it’s going to happen,” she said.
Azawi continues to challenge the norm in the industry with her non-conformist music and dress code, a lifestyle she attributes to having a great relationship with herself.
