According to Crim, the song is inspired by the fact the earnings keep changing.

"There is something different everyday... Today's price is not tomorrow's price," he said in a phone conversation.

For Coming Home, he said, "we wanted to do like a Uganda Cranes anthem."

He continued: "We wanted to talk about the beauty of the Pearl of Africa... We wanted to bring that inspiration, that feel."

He said Today's Price will be released only in audio format and Coming Home will have a video.

DJ Crim didn't want to mention his age. He said he is old "enough".

But he revealed that he has been in the music industry for 20 years though he started singing a little bit later, and the first jam he uploaded online is titled Teacher and it was released in 2015.

He said he has some other songs before that that he never uploaded online.

Some of his jams include Simanyi Nakumanya, Feeling, Boss Up, Whine Up, Muliro, Buzibye, Binyuma and Vamukamoli.

Away from singing and deejaying, DJ Crim runs Lituation Booth, a record label "that has signed artistes, music producers, writers, directors and script writers.”

Vally Music, who sang Nkwiine Omuritano, Teddy, Kibeemereire for You and Hello, is one of the artistes managed by Lituation Booth.

Asked if he plans on holding a show like some of the top deejays, including Slick Stuart and Roja, DJ Ssese and DJ Shiru are doing for their fans this year, he said he won't host one.

He said that while he used to hold an annual event, this time he decided to take time off and plan something big for next year.
