"Konshens' management reached out before they came to Uganda and they told me they wanted to do a song with me... When he came, I was at Feffe Bussi's birthday and Kidima called saying Konshens is looking for you. And I didn't believe it," said Pallaso while appearing on UBC TV.
Pallaso revealed that the management of Konshens reached out to him requesting a collaboration.

Pallaso, real name Pius Mayanja, said they met at the Kampala Serena Hotel and Konshens asked him when they would do the song. Konshens already had the beat and they immediately recorded the song and he also suggested they do a video.
Their single is titled Want Money and it was produced by Artin Pro, with visuals shot by Dave Thymas Visuals.
This wasn't Konshens first song with a Ugandan. He has a song with Jose Chameleone titled Need Love and on his recent Kampala tour, he joined the Badilisha singer to do another remix of Fik Gaza's song named Banana.
Off the Sankofa album, Azawi has a song with the Jamaican dancehall star titled Summer Bae, which was recorded by Bangar Boi. Reports indicate that the two filmed a video for the song when he was here for Blankets and Wine in 2023 and it is set to be released.
The Gal A Bubble hitmaker, who performed at the Blankets And Wine on December 17, at the Lugogo Cricket Oval -- also has a duet with A Pass titled Gamululu. It's perhaps his most popular collaboration with a Ugandan.
His latest tour in Uganda was the fourth, having last performed in 2015 alongside Busy Signal at Lugogo Cricket Oval at a concert and previously in 2013 and 2012.
