According to Vyroota, when Roz became flaky, he tapped Asha Blessing to sing it. Vyroota features on the jam, which was produced by Urban Beats.

Its video, which was filmed by Zyga Phix, currently has more than half a million views on YouTube and it was released in April 2023.

Vyroota, who was appearing on Galaxy TV, says he had penned it for free because he is friends with Nina Roz, who is also his fan. He calls her "mama".

This wasn't the first time she was missing out on a good song, as she has previously said that Jeff Kiwanuka had agreed to give her Sili Zari, which was later sung by Sheebah Karungi.

Nina Nkunda was born in July 1993 to Matia Martin Nsemeirwe and Proscovia Tumukunde.

The songstress, who grew up in Kibuli, went to St. Stephen's Church of Uganda Primary School, Kakungulu Memorial School, Kibuli S.S., Mityana Trinity College and International University East Africa, which she dropped out of to focus on music.

While in high school, she tried modeling and also once worked as a backup singer for Empress.

One day, while in her party-girl years after dropping out of school, she met Sheebah Karungi on a boat cruise where she was invited by a person who had hired the latter to perform.

Before meeting and becoming close to Karungi, she was already hanging out with Jeff, Kabako, AK47 and other TNS members in bars. On that cruise, she kicked it off with Sheebah and they became so close that she started sleeping at her place.

Before she could kickstart her singing career, Nina Roz first tried working in South Africa and Abu Dhabi. She later realised music was her calling and returned to Kampala.

When she returned, in September 2016, she teamed up with Kabako to release Oli Mekete, which was produced by Shidy Beats. The video was made at Grate Make Films and released in October 2016.

Kiwa declined to manage Roz, so she got signed to Boom Bark Records in 2017. On joining the label, Daddy Andre produced for her a banger titled Omuliro, and its video was also made at Grate Make. She has since worked with different managers and producers to drop more hits.
