Born on July 1, 2012, Fresh Kid, real name Patrick Sennyonjo, is currently a pupil at Kampala Parents' School.

His music career is also still shining judging by his recent stage appearances.

Meanwhile, Chameleone revealed that he had decided not to give duets for the rest of this year but for Kid, he is willing to revise that rule.

His biggest collaborative project this year has been the remix of Banana with Fik Gaza. The song’s video, which was directed by Wax -- currently has over half a million views on YouTube.

He has also done songs with Lil Pazo, Vian Music, Melody Uganda, Mun G and Zex Bilangilangi among others.

Jose Chamelone's music career took off after his first song -- Bageya -- was released in 1999 at Hills Studio in Nairobi. It became a hit in Kenya despite being sung in Luganda. He followed it up with his first album titled Mama Mia, which also was the title of his breakthrough song that became a hit in 2001.

The opportunity to travel to Kenya came while he was a backup singer for Shanks Vivid Gumaras.

Then Kalamashaka, a Kenyan hip-hop group came to Kampala to perform -- and Shanks invited Chameleone to freestyle for them and they were hooked. They would invite him to Kenya to record a song with him but this never happened and, stuck in Nairobi, Chameleone had to find a way to survive.
