After speaking out last weekend about being repeatedly assaulted by the Leone Island boss, Sencere is now confirming having sought legal action.

Speaking exclusively to Pulse Uganda, Sencere started by addressing the backlash she received online and through certain media houses about the post she made where she claimed among others, being sexually harassed by the Valu Valu singer.

As discussions about the incident picked up on social media, some commentators came out dismissing Sincere as “toxic.”

Some media outlets, she says, are trying to silence her claims with false reports from her past.

I have seen a lot of bloggers posting uncoordinated reports, digging up posts from as far back as the Covid) lockdown, which was fake news because someone tried to set me up while using a different number,” she said.

People are saying a lot… they are accusing me of chasing clout and trying to make a name off of him (Chameleone), but I do have proof..."

Sencere then proceeded to share proof of an assault case she filed against Chameleone at Kira Road Police Station.

She also shared a medical report from the police doctor which indicates that she suffered injuries on her lower abdomen and on the neck where she had “pain and bruising.

She was also found with scratches on her left arm and chin that happened “a few hours ago” according to the medical report which was produced yesterday.

The report also suggests that some of the injuries were caused by a “sharp object.

Yesterday, (Sunday), Sincere posted a video on social media repeating the allegations that she was attacked by Chameloene. She said this was the third time she had been assaulted by the artist.

"Yes, Chameleone attacked me. I have the bruises. Whatever his wife was saying about this man is true. He assaults women, that's it," she said in a video posted on her Instagram, which has since been deleted.

"Because yesterday, he attacked me, he strangled me, and punched me in the stomach. Out of nowhere, out of the blue."

She said everything seemed normal because he came and started conversing with her.

"And out of the blue," Sencere said, "he was strangling me."

By the publication of this report, neither Chameleone nor his management had responded to our request for comments on the allegations.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesman Luke Owoyesigire also promised to furnish us later with further information about the ongoing case progress
