Mutoni, who gained popularity as the fair-skinned girl with stunning eyes in the viral Hoozambe music video, appears to have come to terms with the fact that she is capable of more than just rolling her eyes while curled up on a man's lap.

Reliable sources claim that White Blood Music, a songwriter and music producer with a base in Makindye, has been hired by Mutoni. Since then, she has started recording the songs in an effort to achieve fame again outside of a popular social media challenge.

There are rumours that Mutoni was advised to try her hand at music after parting ways with Hoozambe hitmaker D-Star.

She was reportedly left heartbroken after D-Star made a successful solo trip to Kenya without her awareness and also referred to her as a video vixen, not a music partner yet her charming eyes played a key part in their fast-changing fortunes.

"I did not travel with her because I thought it was unnecessary to travel with a vixen, just like other artists do not travel with their vixens everywhere they go," D-Star responded when questioned by Kenyan media about why he did not travel with Shifurah.

It is not nice to have the same vixen in every video I record, so I do not have any other plans to work with her on any of my upcoming projects.

According to a source, Mutoni was told to forge her own path after getting the news. Firstly, she chose the easy way as she cried for help in setting up a dream beauty salon project. A beautician would offer her a scholarship to learn the art of hairdressing.

However, she now seems to have taken on learning how to fish instead of asking for fish, as she intends to release multiple music projects soon.
