She explains that libido fluctuations are outside of the expecting mother's control. The body is undergoing changes to support the new life growing inside the womb and supporting the mother's sex life is the least of its priorities most times.

"Anyway, jokes aside! For some of us, it's not our wish. It's the hormones!!! Yes, it's the hormones! 😒 Not the baby! NOT US!....THE HORMONES! I mean, they are doing a lot in helping the baby grow, so how do you expect them to miraculously remember that you need some-some🤗?" she adds.

A doula is a professional trained in childbirth to provide emotional, physical, and educational support to a mother who is expecting, is experiencing labour, or has recently given birth. A doula's purpose is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience.

"Honestly, it doesn't feel good having a low libido. We don't enjoy those dry days!😔😌😮‍💨 * Why do I feel like I am talking to the men here? * 😅😅 So many Queens have reached out asking if Queen Ma has something to increase low libido during pregnancy. Unfortunately, we don't!!!"

She cautions against consuming supplements to alleviate the situation because such a move may interrupt the pregnancy. However, she offers some natural and healthy ways to try to kickstart low libido.

After the baby comes, I have a good tea for you while you are breastfeeding."
